Learning Objectives

  1. Differentiate between appearance exercise and high-transfer training.
  2. Demonstrate the body mechanics and overload variables that net both appearance goals and improved function in life and sport.
  3. Identify the difference between stability, absorption, production and transfer of forces.
  4. Implement exercise regressions in a way that makes drills kinder on the body, yet still improves and advances the client.
  5. Calculate the rep ranges and tempos that develop the body better than perception of burn.
  6. Implement a checklist of coaching cues used to orchestrate movement strategies.
