This session will focus on the role of dietary strategies and behaviors in the energy balance equation. Attendees will discover tools they can use to help clients identify and change eating behaviors to effectively manage body weight without discussing calories. Strategies for incorporating hunger management, portion awareness, mindless and stress eating, and stimulus reward loops will be covered.
