This talk will help you understand the positive aspects of popular diets including gluten-free, paleo or “cave man,”, raw foods, low-carb high protein, meal replacements and Mediterranean. It will also include how the diets might, not might not, meet the needs of very active people. The talk will conclude with a review of the latest evaluation from U.S. News & World Report on the “best” diets.
